Harvested from late spring until early fall our dark wildflower honey carries a deep and complex taste bearing the soulful flavors of north-central New Mexico. This year-round offering originates from our hives located in Espaņola and Abique. Our dark wildflower honey carries a variety of pollens from sage to Scotch broom sunflower and dozens more. It's a taste like nothing else.
By far our most popular offering to date, this flowery honey offers a perfect complement to everyday foods such as toast, coffee and tea as well as to varieties of lightly baked desserts and even main courses. Raw wildflower honey also offers the added benefit of being an allergy aid; local wildflower honey can often help those suffering from seasonal allergies by slowly introducing the local pollen into one's body in a more palpable manner.
